Chennai, April 5, 2017: Hyundai Motor India Ltd (HMIL), the country’s second largest car manufacturer and the largest passenger car exporter registered the domestic sales of 44,757 units and exports of 10,857 units with cumulative sales of 55,614 units for the month of March 2017.
Commenting on the March sales, Mr. Rakesh Srivastava, Sr. VP- Sales and Marketing, HMIL said, “Hyundai’s ICOTY hatrick Products Grand i10, Elite i20 and Creta achieved a record sales of over 10,000 units each in a single month, with all model volume of 44,757 units registering a growth of 8.6% while closing the Financial Year with highest-ever sales of 5,09,707 units, creating a strong momentum for the next year.”
