5 stunt teams from TVS Racing enters India Book of Records
National, August 21st, 2017: TVS Racing, the pioneers of two wheeler racing in India, set the record for the Longest non-Stop stunt show in India. This feat has been acknowledged by the India Book of Records. The record was set during TVS Apache Pro Performance X, where 5 stunt teams from TVS Racing performed non-stop stunts for 5 hours at Express Avenue in Chennai last evening.
Attempted for the first time in India, TVS Apache Pro Performance X saw all the stunt teams from TVS Racing perform daring non-stop stunts showcasing their stunt skills on stunt-spec Apache RTR 180 and Apache RTR 200 4V. The skills of the stunt riders coupled with the exceptional control and maneuverability of the motorcycles enthralled the audience. Special stunts like the Jesus Christ pose, pillion thrill-ride, 360 degree front wheelie, synchronized flower burnout, suicide burnout, etc. were performed. The stunt riders also conducted a special session for the audience on how to stunt safely and responsibly.
Apache Pro Performance, an initiative driven by TVS Racing, promotes the prowess of the Apache RTR Series motorcycles among its audience and helps them connect to the essence of the brand – ‘Racing DNA Unleashed’.

TVS Racing is the first factory racing team in India with a legacy of over 35 years. In 1983 Sundaram Clayton Limited (A TVS Group company) introduced its 50 cc mopeds in the arena of road racing and the group was branded as TVS Racing in 1987.
