After 23 days of exhilarating amateur golfing action that spread across 13 cities the MercedesTrophy National Finals will be played from 30th March to 1st April at Oxford Golf & Country Club, Pune. The three day golfing extravaganza will ascertain three winners who will compete against winners from all over the world, in September, at the MercedesTrophy World Finals – Stuttgart, Germany.
The three winners who will reign supreme at the Mercedes Trophy Finals will compete against winners from 600 tournaments played in 60 countries across the world. The Mercedes Trophy is one of the world’s most prestigious amateur golf tournaments. This illustrious event, with a legacy of 25 years, offers Indian amateur golfers the opportunity to rendezvous with the greens while they rub their shoulders with some of the game’s most successful proponents internationally.
The National Finals, a three day golfing extravaganza that started with the Mumbai qualifier in January and culminated in Gurgaon in March, traversed the length and breadth of the country. Offering the most luxurious customer experience and with an ever increasing participation, the Mercedes Trophy in its 16th edition has become larger than ever before and has been instrumental in raising the standard of corporate golf in India.
The Mercedes Trophy National Final will be an 18 holes individual Stableford competition against 3/4th handicap. The three handicap categories will be (1-11, 12-17 & 18-24).
