Norway Post Bring has purchased 130 Scania trucks for delivery until March 2017. It currently operates 950 trucks in Norway and is in the process of modernising its fleet.
“It’s important for us to have an up-to-date fleet with the lowest possible emissions,” says CEO Tone Wille. “These new vehicles have excellent reliability, which provides higher quality in deliveries to our benefit and that of our customers and society.”
The Euro 6 trucks can all be operated on HVO, Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil, with the potential to reduce carbon emissions by up to 90 percent.
The Scania trucks ordered by Bring encompass a broad spectrum of specifications ranging from P 280 distribution trucks to top-of the-line Scania R 520 tractor units.
