JCB India Limited, India’s leading manufacturer of construction and earthmoving equipment, and its dealer for Uttarakhand, Continental JCB inaugurated a new world class integrated facility in Haridwar. JCB aims to provide its customers with a world class experience for all equipment related needs which includes Sales, Service and JCB Genuine Parts.
The Continental JCB facility in Haridwar is spread over 5000 sq.ft. and has a built-up area of 2500 sq.ft. It is equipped with a 2-bay integrated workshop and is fully equipped to offer Sales, Service and Parts for the JCB range of machines.

This would be the branch outlet for Continental JCB which has its head office at Dehradun and manages 13 districts of Uttarakhand. The state of Uttarakhand will now have three workshop facilities for JCB products at Haldwani, Haridwar and Srinagar along with Service & Parts outlet at Bageshwar and Pithoragarh. The dealership has “Any Time Parts” outlets at ISBT Dehradun and at Bazpur and also has a Rural Growth Centre at Kotdwar.
The infrastructure of the dealership has been made as per the JCB corporate identity guidelines and is equipped with JCB standardised systems and processes.

The company expanded its operations in 2006 and 2007 by setting up two factories at Pune for its Heavyline business. These factories manufacture Tracked Excavators, Wheeled Loaders, Compaction equipment and Fabrications for the Group. With over 300 engineers, Pune also has JCB’s largest Design Center outside of the United Kingdom.
A further investment in India was made at Jaipur in 2014 with the inauguration of a 115-acre, eco-friendly, green manufacturing facility. This facility currently manufactures Fabrications for the Group.
It has a network of more than 60 dealers and 650 outlets spread throughout India, who further employ 6,000 professionally trained people. These far-reaching outlets provide the vital product support to customers for their equipment. Four strategically set up warehouses at Pune, Chennai, Faridabad and Kolkata support these dealerships and outlets for parts supplies.
