Renault India, one of the fastest growing automotive brands in India, made Chingam a memorable and delightful experience for its customers by delivering 400 Renault vehicles in a single day across the state of Kerala in India.
Kerala is an important market for Renault and the company has continued to maintain a positive momentum in the region. Recently, Renault launched a comprehensive door step service facility ‘Workshop on Wheels’ (WOW) in Kerala to facilitate the servicing of Renault vehicles, even in the remotest areas. Renault’s ‘Workshop on Wheels’ is fully equipped and can perform 80% of workshop operations including all maintenance services and minor repairs. Also as part of its commitment to enhance customer satisfaction with an enriched brand ownership experience, the company had organized a Mega Service Camp from June 17th to 24th, 2016 across all Renault dealerships in Kerala where trained and well-qualified service technicians were dedicated to provide the care and expert attention that is needed for the cars.
Chingam which fell on Aug 17th is the first day of the Malayalam New Year calander and is considered very auspicious in Kerala. Onam, the harvest festival, falls in the month of Chingam and the celebrations begin within a fortnight of the Malayalam New Year.
