VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd. (A Volvo Group and Eicher Motors joint venture) sold 4916 units in November 2017 as compared to 3174 units in November 2016, recording a growth of 54.9%. This includes 4727 units of Eicher brand and 189 units of Volvo brand.
Following are the key highlights for November 2017:
- Eicher branded trucks & buses have recorded a total sale of 4727 units in November 2017 (YTD 36165 units) as compared to 3065 units in November 2016 (LYTD 36577 units), recording a growth of 54.2%
- In the domestic CV market, Eicher branded trucks & buses have recorded sales of 4062 units (YTD 31054 units) in November 2017 as compared to 2408 units in November 2016 (LYTD 31126 units) representing a growth of 68.7%.
- On the Exports front, Eicher branded trucks & buses have recorded a total sale of 665 units in November 2017 (YTD 5111 units) as compared to 657 units in November 2016 (LYTD 5451 units) representing a growth of 1.2%
- Volvo Trucks has recorded sales of 189 units in November 2017 (YTD 575 units) as compared to 109 units in November 2016 (LYTD 636 units), recording a growth of 73.4%.
